Is there Snow in Heaven?

Annie Joe thinks "No, snow is too much bother, all the routine scent markers are covered up..... Or, maybe there's just 2 or 3 "snow days" in heaven, so I can play for a couple days in the fluffy fresh snow. Otherwise it's a lot of bother"  ..... Maybe she'll change her mind about just 3 days...  4 weeks sounds better to me.
